“Quick delivery, shame some of the items we wanted were out of stock, those we did order we were pleased with.”

“Ordered on the 6th, spoke to customer services twice but did not really know what was happening, i understand the problem was caused by the courier which should be delivering today, 13th, but will have to wait and see!!”

“I found the whole process very easy and fairly quick, the delivery went ahead without issues and I was pleased. There is one issue, I run a newly established business and could find no way of printing off a receipt of the transaction, if you could email me one through, that would complete my general good thoughts of your company, thanks.”

“the item was poorly packed, resulting in the packet coming open and was then delayed in the postal system awaiting rewrapping, fortunately both pieces were delivered in full”

Hi Bill We're very sorry to hear of your concerns and will look into this matter straight away Our parcels come in either a box or an expresspak and we usually wrap a large amount of tape around in addition I'm sorry that we have failed you on this occasion Best wishes

“Good quality lifting equipment, but delivery charge eats into value for money,ok if you are placing a large order but if you only need a small amount 7.95 delivry is to much.”

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to give us your review We do offer a cheaper postage which takes 5 working days for goods up to 10kg We can also offer a lower price for next day delivery for goods up to 5kg Otherwise our postage covers goods up to 30kg and if ordered by 13.30 should arrive the next day This service is fully tracked We have not been able to find a comparable service at a lower price but we are always looking for better prices which we would happily pass onto the customer for their benefit

“Paid for next day delivery. Items didn't arrive before I left on a trip 8 days later. I was given a refund. Items then arrived 4 days after I left and were collected and taken away same day. Charming people at Ratchet Shop, useless delivery company.”

“Excellent service, as the straps which I ordered were not in stock they sent the next size up at no extra cost. The only drawback being that I will now have to cut them to the length that I require. However on the plus side I can use the off cuts with a ratchet at each end.”

“The online help was useful to me in deciding whether the products were suitable for me, the web site was easy to use and the product range extensive. Fast delivery too. I would say it pays to go to the experts and I am glad I did, instead of trawling ebay etc looking for a bargain from any old seller which I am afraid I have tended to do in the past and it has often resulted in an unsuitable product. Definitely recommend this company.”
