“Customer service is appalling.
Went in today with my family to be rudely told no tables
That was it nothing else offered
If that's how your manager speaks to customers I'd rather go elsewhere”
“Booked a private party here for day 2 of a wedding back in August rang to confirm food and numbers was told bar was closed on new years day and someone should of rang me. I had band and dj booked for venue since September abloustly disgraceful and the manager donal couldn't give a monkeys. he personally took booking from me 5 months ago.today he blamed staff member who should of rang me months back.shocked to say say the least.”
“Came here tonight, and from the minute we walked in the door we got a bad vibe from the girl at the desk, we wore sat down for 25 minutes and all we got was 2 glasses of water, there was people there no longer than 10 minutes being served before us, the service was absolutely disgraceful, I’m not sure wether it was down to our accents or not, had to walk out and would not recommend to anyone to come here”
“Went to the reg waterford Saturday night to attend a christening party, I can't recommend the venue highly enough. The food we got was one of the best meals we have had in a long time and even though the girls work very hard they were very good humoured and nothing was a bother to them. At the end of the night the manager donal came around to talk to us and to see was everything to our satisfaction.which we thought was very nice of him as he was very busy. We will definetly go back again.”
“Disgusted with the service received, booked a table for family of 4, get told table was ready, go sit, then get told oh no sorry this table that we where given was specifically requested by some other people could we please move to another table that had no parasol even though it was raining.
Will never recommend the Reg to anyone.”
“Absolutley disgusted with The Reg Waterford. We had given over a week's notice for a table outside booked for a birthday and anniversary for table of 5 on SATURDAY. We receive a phone call TODAY with no real explanation at first why we could not have our outside table, which we specifally booked, then find out that there was a bigger table booked so we were cast aside. The "Manager" Donal was unbelivebaly rude, unprofessional and would not even let me speak, even though this was THEIR FAULT!!! He was happy enough to lose business, which in this day is crazy. He really should not be allowed speak to customers if this is the way he conducts business!!! Sad thing is we supported them through the last while. It all makes sense now as to why they were not booming like the other bar/ restaurants.
