I ordered a grey runner carpet then I emailed them to double check that they were sending me the correct color light grey,they assured me they they were sending light grey and what did I receive BLUE CARPET RUNNER.This is no good to me whatsoever.

“The worst quality rugs I have ever come across literally paper thin!! Horrible cheap looking design nothing like the images they portray on the website. Edges are folded over and snitched giving it an overall nasty finish! Customer service is non existent! They vouch by their product and will tell you that you’re wrong... HONESTLY STAY AWAY! They are cheap for a reason, pay more and get better quality elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment and shock.”
