Ordered 2 dog tags from the tag market at the beginning of February that were delivered miss-printed, putting myself at the risk of being fined as you can be for not having appropriate information on your dogs tag.
I have since emailed/messaged the tag market 4 times and had absolutely no response whatsoever! Absolutely horrendous customer service!!!!! Will not return!”
“I ordered dog tags from tag market almost 2 months ago. They came printed wrong with some information missed off (information that you LEGALLY have to have on dog tags). I have tried to contact them by their messaging service on the website and by email multiple times having sent multiple messages and have heard absolutely nothing back!! Considering you can be fined for having wrong information printed I think this is ridiculous!! Terrible service I won’t be using the website again!”
