“The service and communication was appalling from this company. I booked in advance to hire a man and van for my flat removal. They messaged me the night before at 1am to state they had an issue with the van and it would now take several days! I'd taken time off work and subsequently urgently needed to find a replacement service.
When I tried to contact them they failed to respond or provide alternative options. Unacceptable service.”
