“I've been collecting points in their program for two years. From the very beginning, I've been purchasing the same product and receiving points for each purchase. When I reached Tier 3, where you get 3 points per pound, suddenly my product, which I'd been purchasing for almost two years, no longer qualified for points. I'm writing this review to warn people about the unreliability of this company, which deceives people into claiming benefits without actually realizing them.”
“I put an order for two e-cigarette kits.
Did not receive any communication after placing my order.
Had to create an account with them and check there that I have an order in progress. And it stated my order is complete.
After two days I received an email from PayPal that I have a refund from them.
I checked my account and appears that my order is cancelled and they sent the money back. No reason to what happened or why.
Zero communication, not going to use them again.”
