For international delivery they are very undependable despite extremely high delivery fees and processing fees. Largely due to the providers they work with like DHL but the end result is the same, you can expect to have to wait a very long time for your shipment. Customer service is very poor to boot. I recommend using Master of Malt instead, my experience has been somewhat better there.

I have purchased drinks from this company using their online service on a few occasions. I am happy to confirm that my orders arrived quickly without any problems whatsoever.

This purchase was a gift ordered in October. Product arrived damaged. Many many emails back and forth. Resolution was Not ok. Finally resolved later but I just wanted to return. Recieved replacement piece to product well after Christmas. This place is one to avoid. What a head ache!!

Appalling Purchased v expensive and rare whisky Product arrived damaged and amount of whisky had leaked They only offered a tiny discount which did not reflect the amount lost The strategy is lots of emails and just grind you down to give up Don’t use them So many other good options out there

AVOID! Messed about with delivery and items stolen by their carrier AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Order for £135 sent by Parcelforce, which unfortunately I got messed about with, one day getting a text stating delivery that day, then no delivery, then another text the next day, tracking said out for delivery, no delivery then states back at depot, then told saturday delivery, stayed in for a 3rd day but still no delivery. After all that Parcelforce then couldn't be bothered to deliver the parcel and took the order straight to the post office for collection , and then had the bare faced cheek to post a card through the door saying our parcel was at the post office. If they can come to the door to deliver a card, why not bring the parcel. WELL - the answer is that one of the items was missing, Whisky Exchange looked at CCTV and it was packed at their warehouse, but it seems it was stolen by Parcelforce. How could that have happened given the box had sealed tape across it and a plastic strap that showed no sign of tampering? Whisky Exchange said that Parcelforce sometimes repack the order - WHAT? WHY? They allow their carrier access to the shipped items? What a ridiculous thing to let do with such high value items - of course someones likely to steal something - what legitimate reason is there to repack an order once it's left their warehouse??? Now it makes sense why no-one at Parcelforce wanted to deliver the item to the door, they'd get found out one of the bottles was taken by their staff. How can a company let their carrier do this kind of thing, I'm not the first on here to highlight that Parcelforce have caused issues for customers of the Whisky Exchange. I ended up getting the stolen item refunded and had to get the missing items myself from Royal Mile Whiskies in London (Very nice shop in Bloomsbury - recommend Royal Mile Whiskies highly), I certainly won't be buying from Whisky Exchange again Waste of time ordering from Whisky Exchange on the web, you have no idea when you will receive your order and it's likely some of it won't turn up. I'll also be boycotting the Whisky Exchange shops too and NEVER recommending them to others. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Prices and range usually much cheaper than the auction houses (not sure how!) I’ve picked up many a collectors item and couldn’t be happier.

I spent a long time researching where I could buy a magnum each of both yellow label and rose Veuve Clicquot champagne... and they were able to help me with BOTH!! I was a little concerned about the bottles' safe arrival but I needn't have been... they arrived very well packed and protected... and everyone enjoyed the surprise!!! Good job done!!
