I have already booked with Wise Miser and am due to fly from Manchester to Melbourne on Wednesday 6th December with Qatar, unfortunately my husband is ill and has to have an operation soon, I contacted yourselves to enquire if I could defer the flight to February, I am willing to pay any extra charges. I have also spoken to Qatar who say they have no problem with me deferring the flight but your representative Ben has told me that Wise Miser aren't prepared to defer the flights and I have to cancel. Can you help with this ?
