“The stuff's great, both water and oil-based. My only reservation is about the plastic bottles which are so thick and robust. In many contexts this quality would be good, but as the bottles do not allow the user to extract all the product effectively, that is not so good. I do not have enough physical strength to force all the product out by hand (I am not sure anyone does) and I am then faced either with being wasteful or attacking the bottle with a knife or scissors. I do wonder how much of your product is being wasted because of this issue. Pity!”
