“I was disappointed to receive an order of YES OB plant-oil based personal lubricant with only a 4 month shelf life and even more disappointed to receive no apology for this when I rang to complain. The answers to my complaint seemed well-rehearsed. Because the batch has taken longer to sell the use by date is shorter! No wonder, since I am sure I am not the first to decide not to buy from you again if this is standard practice. At almost £15 when postage is included this is poor service.”
“I have been owed a refund for 4 weeks,difficult to contact and there don,t know their ass from the elbows,products very overpriced which you don,t receieve until you have paid for most of it,so you actually get very little credit...useless”
