“ Not really worth one star but system won't accept otherwise !Was promised a date, texted to say not ready, so I called in the following week and spoke to manager, promised dress would be ready early the following week, called in 10 days later and job not even started so I requested and was given a refund. ”

“ They did offer to refund our money for the alterations but I was concerned that if took the refund and the outfit was ruined we would not be able to do anything about. ”

“ Absolutely disgraceful attitude, not fixed the problem, offered no type of refund or resolve and ending up paying more for alterations then the cost of the dress. So upset as this place was recommended and under no circumstance will I go back there again. ”
