“Ok be careful when purchasing anything from these people, they are all smiles and promises when you buy but should you decide to return your purchase they will royally rip you off. Example… Daystate limited edition new..£2700.00 6 months later the same rifle used only twice £1300.00 offered. Be warned!”

“Just a quick review about the service provided by the Air Gun Centre over the last week. I brought a Hw100 from there around 3 years ago. An air seal had perished and the rifle was struggling to hold air so I decided to use the life time warranty. My friend is working in Essex for two weeks so I asked him to drop it off. He collected the gun on Tuesday. I thought it wise to ring the shop on Monday then Tuesday 20 times I called and the phone just had a off the hook tone. I finally got through today after 20 + phone calls to be told I couldn't have it dropped off by a friend, either a courier or myself had to bring it in. OK I understand the policy to some extend, but when you live 5 hours away its just not feasible. But hey come on 20 + phone calls and at least 10 before my friend took it. I think you need to look at that part of your service. On the whole the experience is really frustrating to a customer who just needed use a after sales service.”
