“Over the weekend, I had a major issue since I was not able to use Ensign Charting Software with the Best Traders facility any longer, something that worried me a lot, entering into this busy FOMC week, as I was not able to view my charts. I want to mention that taking the Pivot King course has improved greatly my trading results and being part of the best trading community is the real deal. I just wanted to share here how helpful the Ensign support was. They took care of my issue first thing in the morning before market opens, as I was able to speak quickly to a skillful support person. Another charting platform company would most likely have responded to a ticket via email. The issue by the way had nothing to do with Ensign but rather with my new firewall, that my IT support guy recently installed. Paul from the Ensign support team was extremely helpful and very effective in finding what the issue was. He connected to my PC and was quickly able to narrow down the problem to my firewall. Not many charting platforms provide a phone number for support that is easily reachable. Ensign Software is one of the few charting platforms that has a customer support phone number, with very skilled people being able to answer you. Even if the issue was not directly linked to their software, they had the right judgment call. Fantastic customer support. Thank you Ensign: fantastic help from Paul!”

“PKs(Steves) system and look on trading is above all. As someone who has been in financial markets for over 8 years now, I can say I have seen and traded with a lot of different strategies. Once mastered you won't find one more accurate or with more potential than what TBTs use. On top of this, the forum and community are an excellent addition for support and trade ideas outside of what you may be looking at.”

“I have been following Steve for some time and am genuinely grateful for being accepted into the TBT community as I missed the earlier registration. You get daily videos and sometimes twice per day, thank you for that Steve I know it takes time to go through all the charts but it's very much appreciated. The website is amazing and real thought has gone into the design of the site. The community of traders is amazing, really talented people who are on point. You get information for gold, silver, oil & gas, and ES. You will be amazed how many too the Tick levels you obtain! Highly recommended.”

“I just started with The Best Traders / Pivot King and in a short period of time, my trading has improved. I am finding more setups and instruments to trade ona daily basis. The daily videos are a must and provide a good plan for the next trading day. The trading room is full of seasoned veterans illustrating the strengths of the Pivoting course and the tools available to members. I look forward to taking the Pivoting course when my schedule allows it.
