“I paid The Book Professionals $1,199 on October 7, 2024 to publish my book. It’s now been over a year, and I have received absolutely nothing in return — no updates, no deliverables, and no communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, no one responds to emails or calls. This experience has been deeply disappointing and feels like a breach of trust. I am formally requesting a full refund of my payment. I urge other authors to be cautious before engaging with this company.”

“The journey began about 1.5 years ago the result as of today NOTHING has been produced the company is now refusing to contact me in anyway. They just ditched me. This company drew the process out a long time. When I asked about costs they avoided the topic and told me nothing. It seems that the catalyst for the discontinuation of the project was in my opinion that they would do my copyright for $399 and when I said I would do it for free that all of a sudden changed their tune. I requested edits over a month ago and when I requested the final document, they sent me the one before edits were incorporated saying I had approved it, that was the final. THERE HAD BEEN NO CHANGES or EDITS. There were blatant errors on the one they said was final. When I reached out after having them say they did the edits but in fact they did nothing, they never returned my calls at any level. I am discouraged about taking my book anywhere again. I am extremely upset with this company, and I advise you not to throw good money at them - they will not listen to you nor do any work above the minimum. What started out as a happy relationship has soured beyond belief with me holding the bag. Do NOT use them!!!!! They are shady.”

“Frauds. Said they would sell 3,000 books in 6 months or money back. Sold 0 books and could not provide proof that they even advertised it. Now that the 6 months is passed they are saying the refund is "processing"... and have been saying that for 6 weeks. The contact person no longer answers messages. I kind of suspected they would be scammers and I should have known better.”

“The Book Professionals have defrauded me ! The Book Professionals created what appears to be a convincing and professional website offering ghost writing, animation and marketing for authors. The Book Professionals have gone on Trust Pilot and posted disgenuine non-authentic 5 star reviews to fool authors into believing they are legitimate and trustworthy. In reality they are scammers who take your money and render no results. Do not give The Book Professionsls any money as you will be a victim of their clever fraud and never see any return for your money. The Book Professionals will give you well written email excuses as to why you’re not receiving the services you have paid for. Please read all the one-star Trust Pilot reviews of other victims of theirs as well as their Google reviews. The Book Professionals are scammers and 100% fake that take your money and render nothing in return. Do not pay them any money, as you will be very sorry you did. I am going to report them to the FBI for their online crimes of “Theft by Deception” as soon as I warn other authors online as much as I can as a public service to help prevent others from being scammed out of money like I have been”
