“Ordering the dress was as easy as 123. The dress arrived on time. However, the dress looked very worn and not really nice to be worn in photos. The ribbon on the dress has many many many snags. I have ordered before from the BB and the dress was in much better condition. This time, not the case.”

“I must say your customer service is on point. You guys made sure I got my package way ahead of time, do to how the weather has been lately you didn't want to take any chances. “The dresses were perfect however the slippers did not fit One of our flower girls (my daughter) for my wedding it was very disappointing because we paid $40 for both pairs and they weren't able to wear them.”

“I cannot tell you enough how pleased I am with my rentals. I rented 2 flower crowns for use in photos that were taken of my daughters. They were the perfect touch. The quality was beautiful and it really showed in pictures. I could not be happier! I will be reserving dresses for my girls' Christmas photos soon!!”

“Not only are the clothes amazing for photos but their customer service is top notch. When I ordered there were weather issues and The Borrowed Boutique was on top of it, sending orders out early so no one missed their rental dates. I will definitely be renting from then again!”

“Great customer service, UPS lost our package and missed picture day. They let us keep the dresses and extra week at no extra cost so our photographer could reschelude our shoot!! Will defiantly rent again!”
