“Caleb showed up at our house right on schedule and was in and out within 45 minutes! He was very polite and professional. He even gave us a high score on our “wood burning” technique! Very pleased with this company! Thank you!”
“Called yesterday for an appointment and was able to get it for the following morning! Tyrone and Kevin inspected and cleaned my chimney. They arrived within the block of time and were very professional and polite. Tyrone explained why the 4 walls needed to be replaced along with the rusted cap. He showed me the picture of the rusted cap. He called and arranged for the next appointment. They also put a tarp down and cleaned the area before leaving.”
“Wonderful, timely and clean. Valentine and his crew did a great job with a new chimney liner and we are enjoying our fireplace on these cold winter days.”

“Justin and Elijah were great! So professional and courteous. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly and clearly explained the work that was done and problems that should be fixed. He took pictures, which he is emailing to me, along with a detailed list of what was done and what needed to be done. I will request Justin and Elijah to do our inspections and work in the future.”
“This was the first time I used safe chimney and they were terrific. They cleaned my chimney and serviced my wood burning stove. The technician Matt was very patient and explained everything. I would highly recommend them and will be using this company in the future!”
“Excellent workmanship. The crew performed very well.
The work was necessary, but the $1800 charge should have required a detailed breakdown that was available nor well justified.”
“We've used them before at our last home. Guys were very polite, they put tarps down to protect my floors. They were knowledgeable and did a really good job. We will definitely be using their services in the future.”
“This was our first time using superior chimney service. From start to finish they were very professional and courteous. Two technicians they came out we’re awesome. Thank You Nick. They were very thorough and showed us pictures of the dryer vent before and after. They made sure that everything was safe we signed up for maintenance for next year.”
“Very polite and professional. Truly is top notch service! The are great in communication and showing you before and after pics, and showing you potential hazards. I know I’ll be using this company for now on for my chimney Pros”
“They were very helpful and found only maintenance issues. I had it checked because it smelled like something died up there. He was really helpful in explaining everything and also discussing areas not in his control that I might need to have checked. I have to get some money together which is not a lot but I couldn't commit today. No pressure what so ever. Nice to deal with someone that doesn't just have sales in mind. Thanks!”
“Needed extensive masonry work for my failing chimney… Easy to schedule, on time, professional, thorough and no attempt to upsell. While I’m waiting on one other quote, I would seriously consider using this business to actually do the work”
