“John's approach to empowering people to see and deal with their own obstacles is very encouraging. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with John, and although much of what John said wasn't new to me, he managed to put the dots together; that's what counts. Thank you.”

“I found John to very warm and approachable. The way he broke down the workings of the brain to there mechanical parts I found really helped me try to get on top of my feelings.”

“John was very approachable and easy to talk to. He was good at getting you to open up in a non threatening or confrontational environment. His explanations were clear and he worked at a steady pace. There was a sense of achievement at the end of each session.”
