“"The lady (Lauren) was amazing, Lauren was so helpful, I was so stressed out with my matter and after having spoken with her I feel a lot better now than how I did at the beginning of the call. Anything that I can possibly say regarding Lauren would be a lot less than what she really deserves because of her i feel like i am in a better place now than I was before I spoke with Lauren. If I was the boss of the company then I would definitely consider giving a promotion to Lauren if not then a raise in her salary for the help she has given to me and that too she provided a uplifting level of energy for me and she is probably unaware of the level of help that she has handed down in my direction so I am very grateful for her service. The outcome has released a big headache from my shoulders and that credit goes to Lauren because she was and is so amazing. I am so happy that i contacted the company and even more happy that I was put through to an angel of a person in Lauren"”
