“I have same experience trapped at Airport , next day tour around Dubai, in car the sales rep never talk about budget and pricing, after the tour trapped in a small room and present high returns, pressured to pay advance even I refuse and will pay after 2 days but they say the 100k offer will not be there, before signing they said it is refundable, but after signing the agreement immediately they say if I don't go with the offer then it is non refundable, so I will loose the advance, unless I take the offer, now I am requesting to refund I need to take action if they don't agree. I heard that there is whatsapp group for all victims, and they raised their concern in social media, and their reputation is getting damaged , but they overcome with fake reviews as well, so need to figure out a way to get back the money.”

“I can't find a negative star to give. Biggest cheats, I invested in a overpriced project which was to be operational in 2020. Till May 2024, no signs of any returns, no one knows when, 800,000 AED lying with them with no interest. WASTED. JUST AVOID THE FIRST GROUP, DUBAI”
“They seem like a professional company that built good properties with great rental rentals.
But that’s not the case, they sell overpriced properties that will never get you the returns they project. Dubai is a lovely place to invest and get good returns on your investment but not this The First Group, they are a marketing company selling you a dream on the back of what other good developers have done for their clients.
I have invested in one property from this dream seller and have been getting 2% returns when was projected to receive 15%-20%. Other developers will get you up to 10%.
The First Group will also help you manage your investment and bleed you more for this service- you will find other companies charging half what they charge.
So you have been warned don’t fall for the smiles and how helpful they are at picking you up and driving you about… you will pay for all that plus!!!”

They lie on presentation about high ROI and say nothing about risks and obligations. They send a Sale and Purchase Agreement later and you have to sign it without any discussion.
If you want to cancel, your money is lost.
It was very easy for them to deceive an elderly single woman. I worked al my life to save this money for my pension. With their false promises I hoped to have an additional revenue. They use the extreme high pressure to sign a contract for property and have a deposit the same day.
