They sell hotel units at inflated prices. The prices of their units are much higher than the market value of similar properties.
They offer a very low investment return. The 4% return that they offer is much lower than what other investment options can provide.
They have a history of scamming foreigners. There are many complaints against TFG Company from foreigners who have been scammed by them.
They are difficult to sue. TFG Company has a team of lawyers who are experts at defending them against lawsuits.”
“This company, the first group are the most obnoxious real estate company I have had the misfortune to come across.I put money down off an appartment in Dubai sports City, and was advised to put money down off an appartment in RascAl Khaimah which they said would be Flipped in order to pay off the Dubai spots city development.
As you can imagine they informed me further down the line that Flipping had become an “ illegal activity”, and they then harassed and bullied me over several months for the payments for both projects.
To anyone out there who is thinking of investing with these people, think again as you will regret it !!!! Be Warned”
“The FIRST group should be renamed the FRAUD GROUP - conspirating with their parters MERCEDES, WYNDHAM GROUP, EMIRATES AND THE DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT in defrauding investors of their hard earned money. And their so called brand ambassadors should also be ashamed in promoting such a nefarious company. Invested in one of their projects which was meant to be operational in 2019. Apparently the market is not right for the project to be operational yet. Poor communication and not willing to refund our money. I guess there are many others who would have invested in their grandiose projects without getting any returns. Don’t waste your money in Dubai… all glitz and glamour but no legal framework to protect investors. The DUBAi land department has no powers to protect the investors and hence colluding with such fraudulent companies to rob you. So do your research, invest your money elsewhere.”
“Wolf in Sheep's clothing - Here's an analogy of what transpired over the last 3 months...
Upon reaching the highest management level locally, TFG called us for a meeting to resolve the numerous issues pending for several years.
1st meeting: The appointed person dealing with us portrayed an intent to resolve the multiple long-pending issues. Many points were agreed upon and it all seemed innocent just like sheep.
2nd meeting: The back-tracking started and it was like V.R (virtual reality) - we could almost see the docile sheep losing it's woolen coat.
3rd meeting: The sheep disappeared and it was the big bad wolf once again.
So, it turned out to be more of the same. Also check other sites for more owner reviews - no blabbering, just the truth.”

They lie on presentation about high ROI and say nothing about risks and obligations. They send a Sale and Purchase Agreement later and you have to sign it without any discussion.
If you want to cancel, your money is lost.
It was very easy for them to deceive an elderly single woman. I worked al my life to save this money for my pension. With their false promises I hoped to have an additional revenue. They use the extreme high pressure to sign a contract for property and have a deposit the same day.

“The first group - Dubai, In my opinion, is the worst real estate broker company ever. Many innocent investors have lost big money and I strongly discourage people from investing with this company. This is an honest review from a person who invested with The First Group. My recommendation is a big NO!!. Do not invest in the first group and do not fall into their false promises. The company uses pressure sales, hypnotic marketing to lure investors, they tell unrealistic returns on your investment. They told me I could get a full refund if I change my mind but when I did, they said no refunds. After a long fight they agreed to refund half but after 2 years, they did not refund anything. Now they say they will not refund. Be careful of this company”
