“Parcel never turned up on 2 occasions after complaining. Parcel finally arrived on third attempt but a month late. Only contact was via email and employee wasn’t very understanding of my frustration! I wouldn’t order from here again regardless of what they’re selling.”

“Returns are really difficult. They don't provide the address of the return and you have to contact them directly to sort it out. They also forgot to give me the refund and I had to chase it up. Not happy with the service and won't use it again.”
