“If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for my grandchildren and sent it directly to them. On Saturday night at 9:12pm I receive notification that my order was canceled. It was too late to do anything and on Sunday the Resesrch dept is of course closed. Now my gift to my grandchildren will be late. Did anyone even check my previous orders to see where they were sent? The order wasn’t even over $100. I won’t be shopping here anymore and will share my experience with everyone I know and all the customers I have contact with”
