“The owner charged me first $502 and after 20 MINUTE work he left .I found out the problem are the same .He told me i am behind i will come to finish my job. After three days no call and i called them but it was recording mashie that saying we will call you back ONE or TWO MINUTE .Finally after many phone during two days he told me i will come and finish the problem (recorded his vice).Unfortunately after three days he told me that he is not coming and if i call again he call police .I highly advice our communities NEVER EVER deal with this company”

Door was fine initially, albeit that the fitters turned up with the wrong one initially and had to reschedule. However, 3 months later and the coating is scratching. They don’t want to know and say I washed it down using wrong shampoo and live too close to the sea. The scratches are also inside, not exposed to the elements and not washed down. Just excuses from an underhand business that can’t be trusted.
Door is not fit for purpose please don’t waste your money.”
“My garage door had not been up too long when strong winds tore the garage in two, with half of it lay across the road and the sides holding the door ripped from the wall. This exposed my garage to intruders, as it was not possible to actually place the door back up.
After many calls and arguments with them, they send someone out to provide a temporary fix for the garage until they could replace it with a new order from Germany. This took weeks for them to do, so I had to empty the garage of anything valuable because it was open for weeks.
I waited three months until finally they send someone out. In between this time, I rang and rang for an update, always promised someone will call back, and I had to ring them a week after as no one had bothered to call me back.
When they did send people to sort it out, they did not have a new garage door, what they did is put it back together. So, my door is still damaged and dented, but now worse as there is horrible glue attempting to cover the cracks and dents in the door. So, I was lied to that a new garage door was on its way and I had to wait until it came from Germany, and if they were honest and said that they would just repair the door, why have me waiting three months?
Honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had. They talk high and mighty during their sales pitch, and charge a fortune (because I did pay a lot more than a standard garage door), but as soon as they have installed it, there is no aftercare support at all. I would never choose this company again.”
“Sheffield branch - glossy showroom and sales staff but 30% more expensive than other exact same spec doors elsewhere. Usual story, sales man hits you with a sky high price then offers a 5% discount, you refuse and the ‘sales manager’ emails you offering a further 5% discount and how their roller doors are far superior than the rest of the world!! Oh and if you can get a better quote we match it! Guess what- I got another quote 30% cheaper and did they match……. NO NO NO. Sharp practice at best avoid and check out other reviews of other companies offering identical kit 30% cheaper without the faff”
“I paid £840 on the 26th July and I still don't have a garage door!
I ordered a standard size, white garage door. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. It was booked in for installation on the 6th September (a longer wait than initially advised when the survey was carried out).
On the morning of the 6th I got a call to say the door hadn't actually arrived and they would let me know what was going on. Yesterday (13th) I had still heard nothing so I phoned the office and I was told they would contact the supplier and let me know what was going on as delivery is every Wednesday and it might be delivered this week. 24 hours later and I'm still £840 lighter with nothing to show for it and still no contact to advise me what is going on!”
“Absolutely appalling experience, they messed me about 3 times to fix some snags and it took them 2 hours yesterday to bodge up the uPvc soffit. Initially told me the doors would take 2-3 weeks, they took 5 weeks, was told they'd fit them in the morning, arrived at 2.45pm and the original fitters did a reasonably good job apart from not being supplied with all the correct soffit and not fitting the wood frame which I was still charged for on the invoice. How they justify charging £20 for a length of warped pine that would cost £4 at B&Q should give you some indication of the integrity of this company. Was promised a refund, but judging by their track record on promises I have already got the court papers printed out and photos in preparation. Incompetent to the extreme. Methinks the 2 year guarantee will prove to be as useless as their promises. I think they've given me an ulcer.
Beware the 'glowing' reviews on Trustpilot they're about as genuine as an £8 note.”
