“I placed an order on June 6 and paid in full on that date. I have yet to receive my order on July 11. I had expected to receive my order before I left for vacation on June. 28. My great grandchildren will not be able to use the water balls until next summer now. My $29’.99 cost was wasted for this summer”
“Placed this order so long ago I had atually forgotten about it for a time. Did reach out and was told the product was on backorder but was due in within the week and would be shipped out promptly. Again I forgot about it until I got a random email saying a shipment was on the way. STILL do not have it but according to the tracking info it has made it to Hong Kong. Was never told it was coming from China....Will not be purchasing from them again.”

“i would never recommend anyone order from this company. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order and every time i inquire about it they tell me it will arive in 7-14 days. It has been over a month and i am still getting the response of 7-14 days. They will never be here to play with this summer.”
“I would love to have reviewed this purchase but it never came. I sent an email to them and they said they ran out and were trying to make more soon and they would let me know when they ship it...yet nothing. Really disappointed! I think this may be another scam yet I don't understand why they would ask for a review? Doesn't make sense that they would ask for a review and not ship the product? I hope something arrives soon but I have my doubts!”
“I really can't not review the actual product that I ordered as I have yet to receive it. I order on May 28 and it is now July 9. I contacted customer service several times about when these items items would ship. I did receive a quick response that they were back ordered, then a response that they were back in stock and would ship soon, then a response offering a discount on my order and would ship soon, then finally they did ship. Watching the tracking information and it is taking extremely long. These items do come from China but even with that, it has been so long. I would not order from them again. Hope the items meet standards when they finally do arrive but at this point I am not expecting much.”
