“Déçue de cette commande, le tampon bave et le prénom de mon fils est presque illisible. De plus, le tampon transperce maintenant le tissu, et le prénom est visible côté intérieur et extérieur du vêtement. Vraiment dommage, sachant qu’il y a 3 ans j’avais commande pour ma fille et que le résultat à ce moment là était impeccable. Qu’avez-vous changé ? Je ne commanderai plus en tout cas…”
“Took 7 weeks to receive the water sponge balls. Nowhere in ads does it inform purchaser to expect that long to receive the merchandise. Arrived too late for a planned kids birthday party. No complaints with the sponge balls, just delivery time.”
“Package was not delivered timely. When I purchased my items i expected expected for it to arrive with 4-6. When it did not arrive, I sent an inquiry & received a response that I would receive it soon. Today I checked the message that was returned to me that at most it would be delivered in 21 days.
This morning I got a new message that the order was out for delivery at 7:40 am. It is 4:28 & still not delivered.”

So we waited all day so we can play with them in the pool.
I still not have received my items but hopefully it’s in Burlington, I believe.
If I don’t receive them soon, I’m going to ask for a refund and just stick with the balloons.

“Review written 7/21/25. Placed order 6/10 & my grandchildren have not gotten yet. Supposedly this week? I purchased thinking we could play with them when I visited late June. Obviously not, but I didn’t cancel. Glad they live where hot summer temps will allow them more than a few weeks usage. Can’t review product, since it’s still in transit. Just saw additional review questions about who delivered & was there damage. No clue!”
