“Order placed 14 June. Have received 2 emails stating product was delivered but was not. Contacted customer support and they answered sometimes there are unexpected issues- did you check mailbox, front door, elsewhere package could be, check neighbors? It’s delivering by USPS. Over a month with no product so missed birthday party. Would not buy based on delivery”

“It would be nice to recieve what I ordered. I ordered it the first week in June for a birthday party on the 29th. It wasn't here I hoped to have it for the 4th of July for a party and to this day July 17 still haven't received it. I do have a party the 8th of August. I hope it is here for that.”
