Order placed 14 June. Have received 2 emails stating product was delivered but was not. Contacted customer support and they answered sometimes there are unexpected issues- did you check mailbox, front door, elsewhere package could be, check neighbors? It’s delivering by USPS. Over a month with no product so missed birthday party. Would not buy based on delivery
