“Company came highly recommended by my parents. Initial design process was great in April 2021.Scheduled for fitting summer 2021 due to us requiring building work prior to fitting. May 2021 - called and arranged fitting date of first week of August. July 2021 called kitchen deport to confirm they were coming to do the final measurements to be told, "no way it's coming in August we have no fitters working. It will be end of September." I called back and spoke to manager Graham a few hours later who was apologetic and said August 2nd was on their board and it was coming then. Great. Very happy. Designer went out to confirm measurements later in the week and Marcus called to say the kitchen didn't fit. Easy 30mm adjustments were made. He then asked when it was to be fitted and we replied "August 2nd." He laughed and said no chance, it would be the next week. We agreed to this. 3 days before the fitting is due to arrive I call to confirm how many days it would take and they said it wasn't expected till September. After much discussion Marcus called back to say he coulnd't start Monday the 9th, but would come at the weekend and a few guys would work to have it fittted by the end of the weekend (August 15th). Kitchen arrived that weekend and was missing so many parts it was another 2 weeks to get majority of kitchen fitted. Kitchen fitting was done poorly and a visit from manaager Graham confirmed that much was wrong and needed replaced. He assured us it would be done ASAP. (This was November 2021 by this point.) visit a few weeks later from an angry fitter ended up with him shouting at me in my own home. A new fittter came and fixed his worktops. Remainder of kitchen has still to be fitted. Emails from Graham have now gone unanswered. Last contact was January 27th from a very apologetic fitter who said he turned up at kitchen depot for our items to find out they hadn't been ordered.
Our kitchen fitting started 28 weeks ago. We paid up front for the kitchen and paid the fitter at the end expecting the few items to arrive in a week or 2.
28 weeks later we are still living in an unfinished kitchen and the company has no interest in resolving it.
Avoid at all costs. It is not worth the stress.”
“My kitchen is now 6 months old. Quality of kitchen is excellent, beautiful Matt black Germany made units glide with glass sides. My fitter was outstanding, Zsolt is a perfectionist with very high level joinery skills. Antony spent quite a few hours perfecting my design with great enthusiasm. I am delighted with the outcome. My only complaint was a few small things regarding communication during the build where some of my requests had not been given to my fitter, this maybe due to the mayhem post first covid lockdown where they were incredibly busy and issues were resolved eventually.”
