“Placed an order 78214 with them over Christmas paid for express delivery and product just arrived yesterday. Has to be the worst customer service experience - still no response to my chat, email or WhatsApp, surely they have a process to handle customer queries? These products aren’t cheap and if they want to keep their loyal customers happy then they need to fix poor quality service.”
