“This is a serious complaint about the way my dad has been treated by this company.
They have kept my dad’s oxygen concentrator for over three months, which is an unreasonable amount of time for what was supposed to be a service. During this time, my dad was charged for a full service, but only an inspection was carried out. The service we paid for was never completed.
Despite this, the company has now refused to refund the service charge, even though the work was not done and the equipment has been held for months. This is extremely disappointing and concerning, particularly given that this is important medical equipment.
We expected a professional service, clear communication, and for the work paid for to actually be carried out. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.
I hope the company reviews this situation and resolves it properly, because at the moment we feel let down and unfairly charged”
