“I woke up to find my Mac and wouldn’t turn on. I contacted the phone doctor straight away and asked for advice. He asked I drop my laptop with him straight away, he will run some tests & see what the matter was. Within the space of an hour he was able to tell me the issue, quote me a price and have the part ordered. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Really appreciate all his hard work and time efficiency to fixing my laptop due to working from home.”

“Fantastic service, very quick to respond to queries and got the job done quick. I had a new screen fitted to my phone, fantastic job done, no issues. Really nice guy who is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“I woke up to find my phone had fell and smashed in the night, it wasn't displaying any backgrounds, apps or a home screen just a black screen. The phone was active because I could turn y flash light on and off as I knew where the buttons where on the lock screen but the display remained black. After researching places where I could get my phone fixed I found The Phone Doctor and visited. I went to the shop in Radcliffe but due to covid he was working from home, so I was directed to his house and was greeted pleasently and professionally. He told me the problem with my phone after just looking at it and told me he could fix it. I came back later in the day and phone was packaged wrapped and looked how it did when it came out the box. I was charged half of what all the other places in Manchester would have charged me and I will definitely be returning if I run into any problems with my phone again.”

“XBOX Elite Series 2 Controller (Left Thumb Stick Drift) - Amazing service, I contacted them during the week with a hopes of getting my controller fixed, they had the parts ordered in immediately and I popped in on the weekend to get it repaired and it was done the same day, Stephen was very friendly and the controller now works as well as it did the day I got it :) If I could give them 100 stars I would :)”

“5***** customer service Superb service nothing was too much trouble a really nice guy. Watching him work was like poetry.. so calm & focused Diagnosed the fault & within an hour I had my phone back fixed, no data loss everything just as it was before. Highly recommended this is someone you can rely on. Prices are really fair for outstanding work he's a phone genius a Prof not a Doc!! Thanks I know exactly where to go with my phone in the future”

“Steve was recommended by a friend who'd had his phone repaired. I took my iPhone XS to Steve on Wednesday he ordered the replacement part and it was repaired like new by Thursday lunchtime ! First class friendly service I'd definitely recommend Steve at the Phone Doctors.”

“I can highly recommend The Phone Doctor at Radcliffe market. Through my heavy handedness I broke the charging port on my Samsung S6. After a quick web chat I took my phone into Radcliffe market and within 40 minutes my phone was mended and good as new. Great service and friendly guy. If I or my family have problems with our phones or laptops I will be visiting there again. 10/10 for service, cost of repair and reliability.”

“AMAZING - THE GUY IS A GENIUS! Took my iPhone 11 with error code 2014 and Face ID issue to 2 other places to be fixed and was told it was ‘unfixable’. Even Apple was telling me the device was not able to be fixed and would be a 2 month wait! I took it down to Stephen at Phone Doctor, he checked it out and I left it with him for a day. He explained everything and shown me the issues and shown me what damage the previous places had done. With that he worked his magic, and I was waiting for the bad news that my phone was dead. Wrong....he said the phone was now fully working, Face ID...EVERYTHING! Not only that but he explained every detail of the repair. Thank You Phone Doctor , I now have my phone up and running and would HIGHLY recommend anybody to use as a first call for any devices, I am now taking my MacBook and the kids iPads down to get them repaired too. ABSOLUTELY GENIUS and I will not use anybody else apart from here again!”

“I dropped my phone in the bath and then phone turned off, rely on my phone for work-spoke to Steven the next day and by late afternoon was all fixed, thought I had lost all my photos, contacts etc and would have to buy another phone. 5 stars plus, will recommend to all my family and friends.”

“Steve saved my day again ! He's repaired my phone a few times ! Smashed the screen again at 5pm took it to Steve 20 minutes later all repaired, great price and got me back online. I had some important calls the following day so needed my phone !”
