“Be careful and read the small print before you sign .. PSG was recommended to me and I was all in! However if you happen to have a life changing event , which can happen to anyone ! You will loose all your money which of course is paid up front . I understand a cancellation fee to cover their costs for £1,500 which I agreed to , however I found PSG to be totally unreasonable when it came to any kind of refund I lost £9,000 in total due to not going ahead due to my circumstances at the time !”
“Not good experience. I had tummy tuck in 2019 with Dr Mo Akhavani. He did not do a good job as you can see from the photos. My stitches opened a day after with a big hole in middle (guessing because he did not create a drain area) and stitches were so bad I had to go back a year later for him to stitch up again. In second time, I only allowed him to fix one side of tummy as I did not trust him to do a better job with whole tummy scar. He pulled my skin so tight during first surgery, I have this big lump over the scar and there is no sensation in the area around belly button and tummy.
Please do your research as my experience was very bad and it affected my whole confidence in my body and affected my relationship.

He put my mind at ease and was very understanding of my worries and anxiety, even on the day of surgery! My breast reduction is amazing and I cannot believe they are mine! My only regret is not doing it sooner. Nurses are also amazing with brilliant aftercare, nothing is too much.”
“My surgeon Mr Mo Akhavani was incredible, from start to finish, despite the challenges of hosting consultations during the pandemic, virtually, Mo dedicated his time to ensure my questions were answered and expectations met.
My operation was more challenging, as the outcome was to create symmetrical breasts as one was larger than the other. I asked for this to be achieved without implants.
Mr Akhavani and the team supported me throughout the lead up and post operation.
I had a bad reaction to some of the medication and a nurse was straight on the phone to help me through it.
The only criticism I would offer, is the hospital not informing my loved ones I was out of surgery, as I had requested this before going down. However; this is the hospital staff mistake, not TPSG.
Overall I would recommend my treatment, surgeon to others looking for similar treatment.
