“Awful experience! A few weeks ago I purchased a pair of jeans. I wanted to exchange for size. I emailed. They do not offer size exchange. Your return and they give store credit, however I pulled off the back tag. I searched at other retailers for these jeans and couldn’t find them but loved them. I saw they were having a BOGO Jean sale through Sunday 11/30/25. I thought well the tag was my fault, I’ll give it another try. I put 2 jeans in my cart, and the BOGO code didn’t not work. I ended up only getting the one pair that I was replacing for a smaller size. I emailed of course right away and explained that the BOGO code didn’t work. And I had screenshots of the time I was shopping as well. I received a response saying sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah. You can shop our 25% off cyber Monday sale though. Like what??? Oops our code didn’t work but go spend more money today for cyber Monday. RUN PEOPLE!! Do not spend your money here!!!!!”
“Their website glitched and charged me a different price than what was advertised and they said they could only give me a store credit for the money they withdrew. Isn’t this illegal?”
“6/29/2023 Placed an order through live and went to pay , for some reason payment went through my PayPal instead of my pda credit. I asked PayPal to stop payment, they then opened a claim. I contacted PDA as soon as the order was made via email and asked them to cancel the order completely, I asked them not to issue a credit. I explained it was going to cause a hardship. But they stopped communicating. I will be filing fraud charges with my bank in the morning”
