“3 stars overall. Not acceptable, but will have to do until I find some place better. Main problem is customer service. They don't stand behind their products. OR their service. I ordered 6 carts. They shipped 5. They're "looking" for another one. It's been two weeks. I ordered a bunch of disposable. They were shipped via air. The KRT disposables LEAK all over the place when they are shipped via air, because they are not a screw-closure cartridge, they use a press fit. It's lie leaving pop-open shampoo in your luggage when you fly. It leaks and goes everywhere. I lost at least 4 grams of oil. They sent me 1 gram replacement. Not good. I ordered a bunch of the Runtz disposables. Two the battery died and wouldn't recharge with about 20% of the oil left. One never turned on or charged. So I had to try to transfer it to a working unit and lost about half the oil. They refused to acknowledge the problem or provide a replacements. So, don't order disposables for air shipment and stay away from the Runtz. Meanwhile, find someplace where they care about your business. The only guy there that is helpful is TJ.”
