big disappointment, 100%Protein
Hello everyone,
I’d like to share my opinion, and of course, the decision is up to you. Personally, I do not recommend this company because I was quite disappointed. I have been purchasing 100% protein for a long time, and a few months ago, the protein content used to exceed 81 grams of protein per 100 grams of product. However, upon opening a new package today, I noticed on the label that the protein content is now only about 71 to 73 grams per 100 grams of product. This was very disappointing because I was not informed about this reduction in protein content, and to make matters worse, the product is now even more expensive. Therefore, I leave the decision up to you, but as for me, I will no longer be purchasing this product because I feel misled, uninformed, and very disappointed. Again, the choice is yours.
"While the company may indeed offer other products with a higher protein content, it should, without question, be obligated to inform customers of any changes made to its products. I find it unacceptable that a company would reduce the quality of a product while simultaneously raising its price.”

“The product are great and some say expensive, but you get what you pay for ,
My opinion Ssuk is delivering my order , I have currently been waiting over 1 week now for my products to arrive, this just keeps getting worse since they now only use DPD or Royal Mail for fast delivery and now use amazon logistics for the rest , you can buy protein works products on amazon and get next day deliver, so now my thoughts are why by from protein works when they are shafting loyal customers buying direct from them for many years, they a now selling out being lazy and taking money for nothing”
“Absolutely unacceptable customer service experience. I paid extra for next-day premium delivery, and they failed to deliver. I rescheduled the delivery for next week since I won't be home, and now they're claiming they can't assist me because I made that change. It's their fault, yet they're shamelessly blaming me. I was unjustly charged extra for a service they didn’t provide. The customer service team was unhelpful too. Instead of addressing my issue, they stuck to their pre-determined script, citing policy rather than listening. If they were so committed to their policy, they should have adhered to it when they charged me for expedited service. This is simply pathetic.”
“The company keeps increasing their prices to deceive their customers with unrealistic higher discounts (66% today). As a student I am supposed to receive a 37% discount on the subtotal of the products placed in the cart, instead the discount code either doesn't work or it's applied to the super pumped-up high prices the company applies. I recommend checking other brands, more honest and transparent with their customers.”
