“The owner and operator Felicia bazin attack my disabled wife who just had lumbar surgery not even 90 days ago, this was a small dispute over Felicia and her scheduled, my wife ask her to touch up her makeup, she then got upset with my wife because my wife misunderstood the plans for the evening for first Friday. So Felicia the owner and treatment provider took it upon herself to get up in my wife's face with the palm of her hand up against mug life several times screaming in her face this was in her facility then she proceeded to push ony wifes back with full force at least 4 times almost knocking her over. My wife has bad knees/back/copd and more.
My wife was so confused about the situation because she could not believe that Felicia the owner would actually go psychotic over such a simplistic situation as noted above. I do not see how she is able to treat the public and or patience with anger management issues and unprofessionalism lack of empathy and being verbally physically and mentally abusive. She even then continue to proceed after my wife as my wife was trying to make it to her car and her threats continued , that she would beat her ass etc...My wife was worried for her safety...plus this establishment is in a BAF neighborhood , she was embarrassed , in shock and in pain. . she has bruising and swelling on her back from this assault. they where friends for 20 yrs my wife never suspected something like this could happen between the two of them especially in front of other customers and Witnesses and people that were out on the sidewalk over a 5 min make up touch. No one has any business putting their hands on anyone else for any reason no matter what the situation is! I wish I was making this help. this owner /treatment provider should not be allowed to practice and needs to undergo anger management classes. She was worried about not being able to advertise at her business place to drum up business during 1st friday but how can you drum up business for a place when you're assaulting people there and demeaning them. I don't want my anyone else to go through what my wife went through and Felicia new my wife's brother lost his battle with cancer two days ago how could someone treat someone like this is a very good person who thought she had a good friend in Felicia he told her to come to her Spa the day prior to the assault for a Pampered day. In her Mission she states that she cares for the community and it's a gift from God for her to use her healing to help others feel better. There's no way that you can be a productive member of society and or your community with this type of dysfunctional Behavior oh, she definitely needs professional help before she should be able to continue to practice I don't understand how she can hold the certificates on her wall claimed that she's upholding the mission and values of her company, but can assault a disabled person who just had back surgery two and a half months ago and not think nothing of it. I have a picture of my wife's back with bruises on it, I just don't understand how a medical professional I treat someone like that if he treat the 20 year-old friend like this how would she treat a stranger Patron, although propria parties have been notified hoping this never happens again and that she stops harassing my wife”
