My experience with this deceptive company was entirely disastrous; they adamantly refused to reimburse my investment returns, even after I made a considerable payment to rectify the situation. Thankfully, Herstel.C/O stepped in and safeguarded my finances from further loss.

If I could write this review without giving a star I would. THis company has left our home looking worse than before and not only cosmetically is it worse off, but also safety wise. The door is a safety hazard with locking mechanism on show, there is a 1cm gap between the door and frame which the company say is 'normal'. The windows have gaps and workmanship is shoddy. The house is colder than before and their lack of care for the customer is disgraceful. Be aware once you complain you will be fobbed off and eventually ignored leaving you with no other option than to go down a legal route!!! Oh and also the positive reviews on their Facebook page come from their own staff who we have had the displeasure to have met!!!!!! DO NOT BE CONNED as this has been going on for over a year now for us. How I wish we never came across them!!!!!!

Thermal Homes Limited must be avoided. They have failed to refund my deposit, failed to provide a method statement on one contract, cut corners on another contract. You need to avoid this company, as my case will probably end up in the Courts. Don’t get taken in by the smooth talk. Avoid like the plague.

Thermal Home improvements are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had 2 bathrooms fitted in April and in September one of the toilets still doesn’t work. We reported this problem within 2 weeks. I’ve now discovered our waste pipe was held up with cardboard. They don’t turn up when they say they will, they never call you back and some of the office staff are rude. They suggested maybe it was the way my house was built which stop the toilet from flushing despite it working for 8 years before they got here. Avoid!!!! On 24th September the toilet overflowed and came through the kitchen ceiling.

Terrible customer service, 7 weeks we waited, not a single person come to measure up for a conservatory, they told us our stuff was stuck on a boat in China, could never get a clear answer when calling always passed on, I would never use this company again avoid

Was meant to get a conservatorie installed set up with finance with this company got told by salesman we will have the works started in 3 weeks.months past by we was ringing office constantly sending emails to see when builders where coming to install heard every excuse you name it , they past us from pillar to post .I asked for start date and cad drawings sent the drawings but no date or explanation . Few more weeks past spoke to a very rude guy on phone in office saying we wasn’t on the system couldn’t explain why then said had no materials blamed a boat for breaking down in China then used cornovirus too but was quick enough sending a salesman who was house to house with no mask on . During phone conversation cancelled it without any reason then after said I think it’s in our best interest to cancel then I agreed he said he already cancelled absolute poor excuse for a man. Highly recommend to stay away from this company just cause stress and problems.

Had a door installed in feb this year, the fitter came late which wasn’t initially a problem. He was here till 8 that night he rushed off an we couldn’t lock the door, we have 2 small children an it just was not good enough after paying nearly 2 grand for a door! He came back the next day to fix the door an door frame, an couldn’t actually fix it the door frame he installed is all slanty so the door keeps catching on the bottom so you have to open an shut the door with sheer force. We have made numerous attempts to have this resolved an nothing seems to be getting done about it, we keep getting passed from pillar to post they say they will come out in the next day an it never comes we’ve been waiting nearly 6 weeks for it to be repaired! Absolutely appalled by the customer service of this company, the fact we have 2 small children did not seem to bother this company in the slightest all they cared about was putting up a bad review! If your looking for a new door I would not recommend with company because they will fit it but it will be wrongly installed an then they won’t come back an fix the problem they will just come out an try to shift blame onto someone else an state they are waiting for the ‘manufacture’ because it isn’t there fault an then when you contact them they will tell you what you want to hear but will never give you an indication as to when you will be getting it fixed! There quick enough taking money but not quick enough to fix the problem

Dreadful company deposit returned after waiting over 4 months to have a door fitted. Told by an office manager to fly to wuhan and ask them why they released a virus. I was promised by the salesman it would be done ASAP. Ridiculous

We had a lovely front door fitted on our house. The old door taken away and we have had a few neighbours comment on how nice it looks. The installer (Chris) did a nice job with no damage to plaster in the hall way and all rubbish removed. We did have a problem with the lock a few weeks after fitting and they out the same day to fix it. Happy with price. Would have been 5 stars but they did give estimated fitting dates which were not met. Nice staff though. Good job overall.

Claimed they had our house on a database and that we needed inspecting for loft insulation. They could not tell me how we had ended up on the database nor how they knew it needed inspecting. It all went very quiet when I requested the information that they held about me under the GDPR rules.

Thermal homes are not members of CIGA, if you have work carried out by Thermal Homes you will not receive a CIGA guarantee.

Very poor to appalling. I came to Thermal Homes as they offered a CIGA guarantee for cavity wall insulation, but in spite of repeated queries this never arrived. On enquiring with CIGA they stated that they had no record of any work carried out. After informing Thermal Homes of this my calls were never answered, and now my number is blocked. Don't use this company.

I feel the cold easily and was really uncomfortable in my new house. Thermal Homes made it more of a home for me by taking away the heat loss. Thank you so much guys. great service.

Came out to us on a Sunday and were done in a couple of hours. Significant improvement in heat retention with our new loft insulation. Delighted with the work.

Thermal Homes Ltd were engaged to install an additional layer of loft insulation in order to bring my existing insulation up to the recommended depth. I found my dealings with Mr. Nabi,and his installer Geoff, pleasant, professional and courteous. They all went smoothly (there was one slight hiccup when the originally slated installation time/date couldn't be met - due to the overrun of a previous job - but this was quickly rescheduled and, more importantly, this new time/date was met). The job was done to a high standard and no mess was left behind. Also, the price charged met, to the penny, the estimate previously provided. Overall I am happy with the work done and I would be more than happy to recommend Thermal Homes Ltd to those interseted in loft insulation work done.
