“I was really happy to see such good quality products on the market and although they are very expensive i still went ahead and purchased them. I was told later that it is written on the website that all shipping costs are met by the buyer and responsibility for taxes etc I didnt see this part and when the shipment arrived UPS was charging me almost 30% of the cost. These circumstances ROKKER should prewarn every custome the amount of tax and duties the customer should expect to pay and this amounts to a very high price. It is such a shame to have to send such nice things back.”

“I have yet to receive my order which was placed on 18th August. I have emailed twice to establish why and nobody from Rokker has replied. At this point, I am inclined to request a refund. Can someone please contact me.”

“I own 2 pair of Rokker jeans size 34 waist which fit perfectly. I ordered a size 34 Chino for the fall. Chino arrived, fabric looked great, buttons robust. Pants slid right on, went to button waist and it's not even close and it Felt like a size 32. Tried again, not happening. Regretfully, put the chino back in the bag and looks for the RA and it was not found. Emailed your staff and they indicated that they would not pay for returns. And pointed out it was on Website. Do you know it's 2023, and I'm buying $425 pair of pants that need to fit. At this level I don't feel like I need to read the fine print when ordering. I expect a company and a product like this to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction. For a company like you to not return a simple order like this is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering again.”

“Shockingly bad service experience with Rokker. Firstly, the price stated on their website states very clearly that shipping AND TAXES are included, and the price of £415 paid for the Revolution 2 jeans was comparable with a UK price. However, when UPS tried to deliver they sought £153! import TAX, which i refused to pay; having complained to Rokker by email over a week ago to which I received no reply.”

“Kann ich noch nicht anders bewerten.Ich habe die Sachen bis heute noch nicht!!! Sie sollten sich einen anderen Dienstleister statt GLS aussuchen, Katastrophe was ich hier erlebe! Gruß aus Berlin Norbert Henkel”
