“£28 for SNS nails, filed well into my nail beds so they'll be breaking, even though I told him 4 times not to do that. nail job chipping off in under 24 hrs. a generic poor job, badly painted, uneven, gappy, cracked. went back, not terribly interested! manager "away". they removed the rubbish paint job. no refund. rubbish. emailed them but apparently the "contact us" on site is not theirs??”
