I live in Canada and placed my order with a very pleasant young lady and she told me that the order will be fulfilled in Canada through Amazon.ca. The next message that I got from them was that they had shipped my order and provided a tracking number.
It became apparent to me that there were none of the particular model that I ordered in Canada and that they had shipped from Manchester England..........cut to the chase.......it arrived in my hands in 3 days......WOW. it must have cost them more than the item sold for to ship it that fast. The Snugg 360degree keyboard cover for my Ipad Mini was in great condition and it appears to be of sound quality.

“I purchased my first Snugg product for iPad mini after reading reviews on other cases, what happened , causing a switch to a Snugg. I received immediate shipment on my Executive case in brown soft leatherette and was pleased with the fit and quality. After upgrading to iPad Air I immediatly ordered the exact same style case to fit it. My first shipment, again arriving promptly, had a small flaw. I emailed Snugg, they asked for a photo, I emailed photo and they immediately shipped the replacement. I just recently purchased iphone6 and will be ordering case for it! Thanks, Snugg. ????”
“My shipping confirmation email stated that there was free delivery for standard mail however this had not come up when I ordered the case. I queried this through the feedback form and the Snugg team explained that the free delivery did not apply to Australia and very kindly refunded my shipping due to the confusion. They immediately corrected the error in the wording on their shipping confirmations so no other customers would have the same issue.

This is an error in the email. We offer standard shipping for free on our US website, but we are currently unable to offer this option on our Australian site.
