The products are of top quality, but the only issue is their refund process and slow customer service.

Worst company and team I have encountered with. They have failed to refund my order for more than a week. Everytime I call the customer care centre, I'm told that the refund will be issued within a day but no progress for a week.

They take the return but would not refund your money thus you will end without product and your hard money

If you want to return/exchange the product (Online) and get a refund, the process for the same takes forever with multiple follow-ups from your end.

Poor delivery partnership, unable to deliver a product after so many delays. Don't have a backup if delivery otp is not received. They are fast in canceling the product and refund rather than addressing the underlying delivery concern.

1 Fraud Organization who loots consumers by making them pay extra for the Membership plan and delays the delivery of the product by 3 weeks and doesn't refund the amount.

Dirty shopping experience, we will never buy from them again. Amazon, Flipkart & branded Firms are better. when you buy from such small unknown online stores you keep waiting for the delivery, neither you get your product nor refund.
