“I wish I could give a good rating but I am sorry I ca My baby product was ordered a week ago and nothing to date I am sorry but this is a very place Only for me to call they kept saying they already delivered I told them nothing got to me and they said they could not do anything about it I wanted to go to court for this not until I stumble upon RESORUS.com They were able to get my product back”

“Sorry but I'm afraid my experience hasn't been great. After placing an order on 5th August with an express delivery option I'm writing this review on the evening of 27th August and I still don't have my order. It may still appear I guess but I've looked elsewhere for what I need. I did contact Stately Hound and staff tried to be helpful but ultimately I still don't have what I've paid for and I can't keep chasing on this.”

“Lovely ID tags. These ones are much better quality than others I have bought, the lettering is much deeper so lasts longer, this order was for his spare harness.”

“Our first order was such good quality and design when we adopted our second dog we ordered another one. I wasn't sure how to replicate an order so I contact customer service and a short time later I got an email and it was all set up I just needed to check out. Perfect! Will definitely order again if I need something :)”

“I ordered a personalised key ring for my cat and I was very happy with the result. The image came out really well on the key ring, much better than I expected and the quality of the key ring is great, it's very good value for for money. The customer care was excellent, I emailed Emily a few questions before I placed my order and she replied to me quickly and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you, Robert! We're glad to hear you're happy with the look of the collar. The leather will soften nicely over time as the natural oils from your pups fur penetrate the leather. To help speed up the softening process, you could try applying a little natural beeswax to the leather. It works wonders! Kind regards, Jake
