I went to the showroom the next day to pay for my items and was delighted to be offered same-day delivery. Within an hour of leaving the showroom, 2 friendly and professional young men arrived, unpacked and set up my sofas. They not only unpacked and placed them exactly as I wanted, but refused to allow me to even pick up the packaging. Highly commendable customer service from start to finish.”
