“ Great customer service, ordered 5 items at approx 1pm and when I popped in on the off chance the order might be ready (around 4pm) the order wasn't ready but a young lad said he would sort ot straight away to save me coming back (which wouldn't have been a problem). Great range of toys, my girls love shopping here and I can never resist buying something whilst in there. Prices are generally very good. ”

She said there was no policy for that, but offered to give us her Staff discount, which meant we received another 10% on an already discounted item. Couldn't have asked for more.
