I duly cancelled my tickets on the app and sent Trainline ALL the tickets by recorded post, as requested, and I have receipt of delivery.

Did so and forwarded tickets recorded delivery which they received soon after.

Trainline asked I post back the original ticket for a refund, which I did by signed for delivery.

50 for next day delivery it is now 18.

Trainline staff refused to re send the tickets, though I explained that I'd opted for this delivery method, because I have very little time and no transport and live some distance from my local station, with no direct bus route.
