“The Vines are TOTAL dons. Really friendly guys, a superb selection of products and often hold fantastic sales! They include a hand written note with orders too which is an extra nice touch. These are the guys I want to give my money to when presented with options for the same product even if it may be a touch more expensive, truly quality customer service.”

Not only are the shoes stylish and comfortable, but the customer service truly sets The Vines apart. Their communication throughout the process was fantastic—personalised and warm, with clear updates at every stage. What made it even more special was the handwritten note that arrived with the trainers. This thoughtful touch showcased the care and dedication the team puts into creating a memorable experience for their customers. It’s rare to find such a personal approach in retail, and The Vines absolutely nailed it. “Have been looking around for quite a while for a plain white trainer and always keep an eye on The Vines website. Spotted the last pair of White Vans Zahbas in the shop. Was an absolute steal as well and they look spot on. Shopped with The Vines a few times, great products, great people and great customer services. Will continue to shop with them. Cheers guys!”
