“Made me unhappy.
Difficult to assemble wheels and struts.
A long crack along the galvanised bowl.
Made in Britain!!!!
No wonder folk buy foreign goods”
“Bad design, flimsy and VERY badly made.
They call it 'heavy duty'.
Walsall Wheelbarrows = Badly designed and badly made = UNUSABLE.
Bought this in 2020. When assembling noticed that frame tube one side was longer than the other and frame very narrow.
When fully assembled everything was out of line.
The handles were at ridiculous angles. Could not be our fault as all bolt holes fitted.
Tried using it but unless contents were centrally placed it fell over.
So - handles at completely different angles and very flexible, wants to fall over, all feels cheep and flexible and legs so close together you cannot avoid kicking them!
We breed miniature horses and use barrows for collecting manure from the paddocks - hardly heavy duty work!
We have been doing this for 40 years and this is the WORST and weakest wheelbarrow we have ever had.
We politely emailed the manufacturer to make them aware of the problems not only in design but also manufacture.
They did not want to know, only replying when prompted - in an arrogant, defensive and quite aggressive manner.
They suggested we buy a different barrow from them - NO help with the useless one we already bought!
We sent them photos (AVAILABLE ON REQUEST) showing just how bad this thing is - COMPLETELY IGNORED.
This product is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
The Walsall Wheelbarrow company has NO customer service or manners, they do not give a damn whether the product is any good or have any kind of quality control. Anyone who buys their products is on their own and lumbered.
We really wanted to be using British made barrows, but if this is anything to go by they are rubbish, this one just sits in the hay barn gathering dust. SAD.”
“I purchased a new wheel barrow from this company. Once assembled the barrow was twisted. The holes in the tub were drilled wrong causing it to twist. I have asked for a refund, however, no one replies. Do not buy”

“I rarely leave bad reviews, but am left feeling shocked that a company can sell a completely unusable product and then deny all responsibility for it. My son bought me a barrow in a box for Christmas and has spent the two months since then trying to get them to sort out the issues - the main one of which is the fact that it simply doesn't go together!!!! Fundamental!
He'd ordered a red one, then the day after he ordered it, they told him they only had one left - a green one. It also arrived in a battered box and was covered with scratches - quite frankly looking as though they had had to scrape around for pieces - which would explain why it doesn't go together.
As I now need to use the barrow, I have just called to ask once more what they are going to do about it and have been told bluntly and rudely that it is nothing to do with them, our contract is with Amazon and we should take it up with them!
I am not usually one for writing bad reviews but I am frankly amazed at the unusable quality of the product, the unusable condition it arrived in and the appalling customer service we have just received! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!”
“Bought the wheelbarrow from B&Q a couple of years ago.Nothing wrong with the barrow but the tyre on the wheelbarrow was extremely poor, disintegrated
after approximately one year. After sales service is awful, two e-mails ignored and one phone call resulted in a couldn't care less attitude.Shall not be buying another”
“I have purchased two of these barrows in the last year.
They are quality, being galvanised for long life, and now feature the Titan universal puncture proof tyre, which means that they are hassle free.
These barrows are delivered in a flat-pack and easy to assemble. The tyres glide ascomfortably over rough ground as pneumatic tyres, but without susceptibility to annoying punctures. I recommend them to all gardeners and allotment holders.”
