“I went in to The White Collection Bristol store on whim to look for a wedding dress. I was met by the lovely lady named Sally, she was amazing. I didn’t know what I wanted in a dress, but I knew what I didn’t want. They made me feel so at home, not pushy, I tried on a few that I didn’t think would be my ‘cup of tea’ but Sally came through with THE dress of dreams. It was an amazing experience. She played around with it and made me feel so special. I took the dress home that day & it made it feel so much more special. Huge thanks to the ladies in the Bristol bridal store. 10/10.”
“Drove an hour for a 1.30pm appt with my daughter. Went into the shop and basically was left to our own devices. No attention or customer service. Absolutely appalling, shop assistant standing at counter not taking any interest in assisting us. Asked about a certain show which was shown on website, Not in my duaghters size [even though she had emailed them with her size]. This could have been advised before we had the appointment. My daughter tried on a few shoes, the assistant offered no help whatsoever. Not impressed and unfortunately we won't be purchasing any shoes from this store. For a future bride to be treated so insignifcantly for her special day is very disappointing.”

I ordered my wedding shoes from Melbourne as I couldn't find anywhere in Melbourne with a range as beautiful as TWC's.
First of all the shoes are BEAUTIFUL and were so well wrapped and cared for. However, when the shoes arrived unfortunately there were a bit too big. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange for the size down. To be honest, I dreaded having to send them back, but as soon as I contacted TWC I was instantly put at ease.
Not only were they happy to exchange the shoes, but they even sent me the paid parcel slip to cover the return postage. Once they received the shoes back they sent me the smaller size immediately - this was a Monday-Friday turn around so by the end of the working week I had the correct size in my hot little hands. All postage was tracked (at their expense) for peace of mind.
What helpful and great customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from this company in future and absolutely recommend shopping with them!”
“I ordered the Harlo - Alexandria heels in nude. They weren’t in stock but when I spoke to the girl in the store she assured me a date that I would receive them and they were even earlier than that which was perfect so I could try them on for my final wedding dress fitting. The shoes themselves were so comfortable. They had a slight padding to them and I wore them all day and night dancing for hours on end. Could not recommend them enough. Apart from practicality they were absolutely stunning. The pearl straps were delicate enough for my dress but the block heel was exactly what I wanted to not rip the lining or sink into the ground. I am hoping I get the opportunity to re wear them down the track!! Thank you White collection, I can’t wait to get the photos from the photographer to share.”
“I recently visited this store and staff were very friendly and helpful with picking the perfect wedding shoes for me, I purchased Hayley shoes (new Australian designer Harlo brand) and absolutely adore them. They have beautiful jewels and crossed ankle strap which accentuates the leg and adds extra decoration.
They are have padded insoles for extra comfort and support and a nice block heel which is perfect for our venue with cobble stones and grass etc.
They have a simple elegance & I cannot wait to wear them on my big day! I would highly recommend the Harlo range and the White Collection team for assisting with choosing your dream wedding shoes!”

She took the time to inform me when they became available and send me pictures of the different colours. I did have to exchange for a different colour but that was hassle free.
