"It is regarding the personalized sequin cushion. Apparently, they do warn that the photo coloring may not be fully covered due to the process but on seeing the samples on the website it looked acceptable to me and was just the right gift for my friend but, on receiving it it looked awful.The photo I wanted on the cushion was of a dog and it looked like it was in a snow storm,there were white dots all over it. I emailed and explained this as there was no way I could send it as a gift and was told that as the image goes through the process it causes the sequins to move and these are the parts that are missed in the colouring.Obviously this isn't always the case because the samples shown do not depict this.Also their policy states there is no refund as the item has been personaliz.As a pensioner I can ill afford to lose money like this so I am very disappointed in fact had it been possible I would have given no stars"

"Ordered 3 canvases. 2 were fine but 1 very poor print quality and unacceptable. Returned for a refund but at my expense. "
