“I purchased a self inflating mattress last year which was used for around 6 nights. I was due to go camping and as normal get all the equipment out and test only to find out the product no longer retains it's inflation. The product is less than a year old used for less than a week and has been stored carefully. As such I made contact with TII through Amazon complaints procedure.
One month later and having had numerous communications with them we are no further forward.
There is no sign of damage externally, no splits on seams, valves material so the problem is internal. They will not accept this insisting I send photos of the failure which I can't determine. We have been round this process numerous times with them stating they want to support but want proof of the failure. I can't demonstrate where this is, similar to having a slow puncture in a tyre you know it's there but can't see it!
The issue is the product only comes with a six month warranty which should I have known I wouldn't have purchased this item, it cost £100. Decathlon sell exactly the same product and it comes with a 2 year warranty.
I have never been treated so badly by a company TII brands Devon should be ashamed of themselves. They talk about valued customers but I don't feel valued at all.
Don't buy from them.”

The company structure appears to be a maze, so you have no idea who you are dealing with.
